Lifetime Warranty – Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)

Warranty Coverage

PDR Revelations (“Company”) warrants that all Paintless Dent Repair (“PDR”) services performed on the customer’s vehicle are free from defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the vehicle for as long as it is owned by the original customer. This warranty covers the durability and stability of the PDR repair and ensures that the repaired area will not reappear, crack, or fail due to the Company’s workmanship.

Exclusions

This Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

a. Damage occurring after the date of repair, including but not limited to: new dents, hail damage, vandalism, collisions, or impact of any kind.

b. Pre-existing damage, paint defects, rust, corrosion, or prior repairs unrelated to the Company’s PDR service.

c. Any paint cracking, peeling, or chipping that is not a direct result of the PDR process.

d. Any area that has been subsequently repainted, body-filled, repaired, or modified by any third party after PDR service.

e. Vehicles used commercially or in a manner inconsistent with standard personal use, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Warranty Limitations

a. This warranty applies only to workmanship performed by the Company and is non-transferable to subsequent owners.

b. The Company’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the correction or re-performance of the PDR work originally completed.

c. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, diminished value, rental expenses, or transportation costs.

d. The customer must provide reasonable access to the vehicle for inspection and remedy.

Conditions for Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, the customer must:

a. Notify the Company promptly upon discovery of an alleged defect.

b. Present the vehicle for inspection at the Company’s facility within a reasonable time.

c. Provide proof of original repair, such as invoice number, service date, or customer identification.

The Company reserves the right to deny warranty claims where the defect is not related to workmanship or where exclusions apply.

Entire Agreement

This Lifetime Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to warranty coverage for PDR services and supersedes any prior representations, written or oral, relating to such warranty. No employee, contractor, or representative of the Company is authorized to modify the terms of this warranty unless such modification is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of PDR Revelations.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
